We are seeking an energetic and motivated Outbound Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers through outbound calls, nurturing relationships, and driving business growth. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help us expand our customer base and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities
- Engage with leads via phone, applying consultative selling approaches to understand client needs and present tailored solutions
- Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Utilize CRM software, such as Zoho, to track interactions, update records, and manage sales pipelines effectively
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to identify target markets and optimize outreach strategies
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and excellent communication skills during all phone interactions
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales technology adoption to enhance sales performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or inside sales within a B2B environment
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently
- Familiarity with CRM software like zoho or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales activities
- Knowledge of technology sales, technical sales processes, and consultative selling techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment with high energy levels
- Experience with sales technology tools and a proactive approach to business development and marketing efforts
