Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with product features. There needs to be a comittment to learning all details with the product that the company offers. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience. This position will give you the ability to make a lot of money if you are very motivated and willing to put in the work. It is commission only!
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized service.
- Explain the features and benefits of the products for sale, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Processing transactions accurately with precision to detail.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and upselling products when appropriate.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on upselling techniques.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Must be Self Motivated and willing to follow company guidelines.
