Full-Time FedEx Delivery Driver
Rensselaer Location
We are hiring a full-time FedEx Delivery Driver for our Rensselaer location. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and providing excellent customer service.
Flexible schedules are available. Candidates must be available to work at least one weekend day.
Pay
- $1,200 per week
- Additional $100 weekly bonus for safety, attendance, and customer service
- Total weekly earnings of up to $1,200
- $50 weekly raise after the first 6 months
- Total weekly earnings of up to $1,250 after 6 months

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a clean driver’s license
- Must be able to handle packages up to 150 lbs with a handcart
- Must have at least 6 months of verifiable driving experience within the last 3 years
- Must be able to pass:
- Drug test
- DOT physical
- Background security check
What a Typical Day Looks Like
- Report to the terminal at your scheduled time to load and organize packages
- Wear your FedEx Ground-issued reflective vest and badge at all times while on duty
- Deliver 125+ packages to residential and business stops efficiently and professionally
- Handle all package sizes safely: no damage to goods, vehicle, or yourself
- Punctually complete all scheduled pickup stops without exception
- Scan and log every pickup and drop-off accurately
- Represent the company well at every door you knock on
