WellBuilt Roofing isn't looking for another employee - we're looking for someone who wants to help build something meaningful.
Our mission is simple:
Roofing Homes. Funding Clean Water.
For every group of roofs we complete, we help fund clean water projects around the world. We're looking for someone who is excited about marketing, community involvement, relationship building, and helping a growing company make a bigger impact.
This is a flexible, primarily remote position. You won't be sitting in an office all day. Instead, you'll help tell our story, build relationships throughout the community, support customers, and help us continue growing.
What You'll Do
No two weeks will look exactly the same, but responsibilities may include:
- Create and schedule social media content.
- Help write short-form video scripts.
- Coordinate our content calendar.
- Review edited videos before publishing.
- Help collect customer testimonials.
- Follow up with customers and leads.
- Answer or return customer phone calls.
- Build relationships with local businesses and community partners.
- Attend networking events, Chamber meetings, investor meetups, and community events.
- Help identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
- Support general administrative projects.
- Assist with support projects as needed.

Marketing, communications, business, public relations, or similar degrees are a plus - but not required.
Position Details
- Flexible remote work
- Approximately 20–30 hours per week to start
- Occasional evenings or networking events
- Mileage / gas reimbursement for approved business travel

Compensation
- $350–$750 per week based on experience, availability, and final role scope, with performance bonus opportunities available for qualified lead generation and business-development results.
