Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile PRN Pharmacist to join our dynamic team at A Plus Pharmacy. In this role, you will provide exceptional pharmaceutical care across various healthcare settings, ensuring safe medication management, patient-centered services, and compliance with all regulatory standards. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient health through clinical expertise and compassionate service. Responsibilities
- Verify and dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
- Counsel patients on medications, side effects, and proper use.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations.
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.
- Perform medication therapy management (MTM) and clinical services as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Assist with inventory management and controlled substance compliance.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while building strong patient relationships.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Pharmacist license in good standing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
- Community pharmacy experience preferred.
- Immunization certification is a plus.
