2941 Restaurant is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Fine Dining Server to join our award-winning team. We are looking for professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment.
Bartending experience is REQUIRED. While this is primarily a server position, all applicants must have previous bartending experience and be comfortable preparing classic cocktails, recommending wines, and assisting behind the bar when needed.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional fine dining service with attention to detail.
- Guide guests through food, wine, cocktail, and spirits selections.
- Prepare classic cocktails and assist the bar team during service.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our seasonal menus and beverage program.
- Ensure accurate order entry and timely service.
- Work closely with kitchen and management to exceed guest expectations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of upscale or fine dining serving experience preferred.
- Previous bartending experience is required.
- Strong wine, cocktail, and spirits knowledge.
- Excellent communication and hospitality skills.
- Ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
