We’re hiring a results-driven Assistant Manager to support leadership of a busy women’s fashion boutique.
You are:
- Sales-focused and passionate about customer connection and styling
- A strong team player who leads by example on the sales floor
- Coachable, accountable, and motivated to grow into a Store Manager role
You will:
- Support the Store Manager in meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Actively sell on the floor and model relationship selling and add-on behavior
- Help train, coach, and motivate the team to drive results
- Assist with scheduling, productivity, and peak-hour coverage
- Help enforce company policies and maintain strong operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling store
Pay: $19-$23/hr + bonuses. High performers have strong growth opportunities into Store Manager ($75,000+/year potential)
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
