Job Summary
We are seeking a very friendly, highly organized and quick learning Office Personnel for a small business. Must possess great customer service skills, organizational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks at one time.
Raise will be considered after 90 day based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Answering and speaking on the telephone with great customer service.
- Managing emails and responding when needed with great customer service.
- Scheduling appointments on our daily calendar efficiently.
- Entering requested data in our office program
- Maintain hard copy files and filing.
- Arriving on time for the work day.
Skills
- General office skills, typing, some computer knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent observational skills.
