Director of Nursing

As a Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for leading the nursing team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in our healthcare facility. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the nursing team to ensure provision of high-quality patient care
Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement patient care plans
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care and make necessary adjustments
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Develop and manage budgets and resources for the nursing department
Foster a positive and supportive work environment
Provides coaching, guidance, and feedback to nursing staff
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a nursing setting
Current RN license and/or certification in a relevant specialty
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and budgeting skills
