Build the team. Develop the people. Hit the numbers. Raise the standard.
ProCraft is a full-service residential construction company offering one accountable team for every trade across the home.
Our services include:
Exterior: Roofing, siding, gutters, windows and doors, paint and coatings, concrete, driveways, decks, patios, fencing, and other outdoor projects.
Interior: Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, insulation, and energy efficiency.
Full Scope: Additions, ADUs, new construction, whole-home renovations, three- and our-season rooms, and fire, flood, and storm restoration.
ProCraft is expanding into the Atlanta market, and we are looking for a General Sales Manager who can recruit, build, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team across North Metro Atlanta.
OUR MISSION
ProCraft exists to restore trust in residential construction by building the standard of professionalism and craftsmanship so homeowners can dream boldly, build confidently, and
trust the work.
Our goal is to serve 32,000 homeowners by 2032.
THE ATLANTA OPPORTUNITY
We believe Atlanta can become one of ProCraft's largest markets, with the ability to serve more than 100 homeowners every quarter.
Unlike stepping into a fully staffed market, this is an opportunity to help shape and scale the Atlanta team - building on ProCraft’s established systems, processes, and operational foundation while developing the people, culture, accountability, and local standard for how the team operates.
You will have the opportunity to build something meaningful without having to build it alone. ProCraft brings the systems, services, operational support, and experience of an established multi-market company. Your job is to build the sales organization that brings it to life in Atlanta.
That means developing people, giving the team the coaching, resources, and field support they need to win, creating accountability, protecting leads, improving execution, retaining high performers, and building a team that can consistently exceed its goals without depending on the GM to carry the number personally.
WHAT WINNING LOOKS LIKE
Your job is to build, develop, support, and hold accountable a sales team capable of consistently hitting and exceeding Atlanta's profitable growth targets without requiring
you to personally carry the market.
Winning means:
-
The right representatives are recruited and brought onto the team
-
New representatives ramp quickly and correctly
-
Good representatives get better and want to stay
-
Underperformance is identified and addressed early
-
Leads are assigned, worked, followed up, and protected
-
Appointments, inspections, and opportunities are executed consistently
-
The team serves the expected number of homeowners
-
Revenue grows without sacrificing margin or homeowner experience
-
The market develops into a team capable of regularly performing above its baseline and
pushing toward 150%+ execution
The person who crushes this role will be competitive enough to hate losing, but mature enough to understand that the manager wins when the team wins.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
-
Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and manage field sales representatives
-
Build the foundational Atlanta sales team and help establish a winning culture
-
Develop productive reps and help new hires progress through their ramp successfully
-
Give representatives the coaching, resources, and field support they need to succeed
-
Run sales meetings, one-on-ones, pipeline reviews, and scorecard accountability
-
Coach in the field through ride-alongs, inspections, in-home appointments, and live sales
situations
-
Make sure leads are assigned quickly and worked consistently
-
Identify what is preventing individual reps from succeeding and coach them toward
improvement
-
Remove obstacles that are preventing good reps from performing at their potential
-
Challenge top performers to continue growing
-
Protect team culture and retain productive representatives
-
Monitor appointments, offers, agreements, Sold production, and homeowners served
-
Step into difficult opportunities when leadership support is needed without taking
ownership away from the rep -
Move opportunities through a clean and profitable production handoff
-
Work closely with Inside Sales, Design, Estimating, Production, and Collections
-
Raise the standard for professionalism, accountability, and execution throughout the
Atlanta market
The GM must be capable of selling at a high level, but your greatest value is not what you personally sell. It is what the people you lead become capable of producing.
HOW YOU WILL BE MEASURED
-
Team Sold revenue against the Atlanta market baseline
-
Homeowners Served
-
Representative performance and productive retention
-
New-rep training and ramp progression
-
Lead assignment and follow-up
-
Coaching and field development
-
Pipeline and CRM execution
-
Market profitability and margin discipline
-
Clean production handoffs
-
Homeowner experience
Performance expectations are designed to be objective.
As the team becomes stronger, serves more homeowners, and exceeds its numbers, you participate directly in that success.
This is a role for someone who wants to spend the next several years building people, building leaders, and building a market that can become one of the strongest sales organizations in the
company.
If your idea of winning is making the people around you better, building a team that consistently outperforms its goals, and creating something that continues to grow
because of the standard you established, this is an opportunity to build something special from the beginning - and be part of where it goes next. We want to talk to you.
-
Five or more years leading teams in construction, remodeling, roofing, restoration, home services, or a comparable sales organization
-
Proven record of building teams and driving profitable sales performance through them
-
Experience recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and holding salespeople
accountable -
Strong understanding of lead management, pipeline management, and sales execution
-
Competitive, hands-on, and comfortable being measured by numbers
-
Willing to be in the field coaching alongside the team
-
Comfortable having difficult conversations while remaining a genuine supporter of your
people -
Able to diagnose why a representative is struggling and help create a path forward
-
Someone who is energized by building something from the ground up and wants to be
part of it for the long term -
Reliable transportation
-
Live in or near the North Metro Atlanta service area
