Prime Point Consulting is hiring a Entry Level Enrollment Associate to help customers upgrade to Verizon FiOS and get the most out of their home internet.
In this role, you’ll talk directly with customers, explain their options in simple terms, and help them choose the right internet plan for their needs. If you enjoy working with people, communicating clearly, and being part of a team, this is a great entry-level opportunity with training provided.
What You’ll Do as a Entry Level Enrollment Associate
- Speak with potential customers and introduce Verizon FiOS services
- Help customers understand internet plans, speeds, and pricing in a clear, simple way
- Guide customers through the sign-up process from start to finish
- Answer basic questions and provide a positive, helpful experience
- Work with your team to improve communication and sales skills
Education & Experience for the Entry Level Enrollment Associate
- Experience in sales or client service is a bonus.
- Strong attention to detail when updating client information.
- Comfort explaining service options in a clear, supportive way.
- Reliability in following structured training and daily service routines.
Pay: $51,747.14 - $62,319.14 per year
