```Duties```
- Perform night audit duties including reviewing and reconciling guest accounts, processing invoices, and preparing reports for management.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions during the night shift.
- Assist with front desk duties such as answering phone calls, making reservations, and providing information about hotel amenities and services.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations during the night shift.

- Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues effectively.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, as it allows for better communication with a diverse range of guests.
- Strong guest service skills to provide a welcoming and positive experience for guests.
- Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel management systems is beneficial.
