Job Position: Maintenance Technician
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $23-$26 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6am to 2:30pm. Some overtime will be available
SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
1. Understands, supports and implements the company Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures into daily work habits.
2. Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.
3. Assists with the installation of new equipment.
4. Performs preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance on production equipment, related weld equipment and Industrial forklifts.
5. Inspects, tests and troubleshoots machinery and equipment
6. Repairs and maintains pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical circuits as needed.
7. Safely utilize LOTO at all times.
8. Performs facility lite grounds maintenance,
9. Performs building maintenance on electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
10. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Three to five years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
2. Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings.
3. Building and Grounds maintenance experience required.
4. Forklift experience required.
5. Working knowledge of electrical circuits, mechanical and air systems
6. Experience with PLC’s and CNC controls would be helpful.
7. Excellent attendance record

9. Able to communicate well with others
10. Must be self-motivated
11. Must be able to work with minimal supervision
12. Must be able to work in a team environment.
13. Must be able to work in other departments if needed.
Physical Requirements:
1. Ability to stand and walk most of the workday, tolerate the heat, air quality and general work conditions of a production environment.
2. Must be capable of frequent bending, stooping, stretching, reaching, climbing and balancing constantly.
3. Ability to frequently lift 10 to 50 lbs. and occasionally team lift of 100 lbs.
4. Ability to work on Arial Work Platforms
5. Ability to work overtime as needed
