Yearly Profit Share Plan. Paid out the last 4 out of 5 years, including 22% on base and overtime wages in 2024, 20% in 2023 and 17% in 2022. For example, you earn $50,000 in base wage and $10,000 in overtime, a 20% profit share is $12,000 ($60,000 x 20%).
Performance evaluations are completed every 90 days and eligible for a pay increase based on performance at 90, 180, 270. The current maximum is $32.50/hour.
1st shift position.
Must be willing to work overtime.
The self-motivated candidate performs machine work on CNC Milling, Drilling, and Boring Machines and/or CNC lathes. Must be able to set machine up and run proficiently upon completed training. Be able to edit new and existing programs as needed and actively contribute to quality initiatives to increase productivity and gain efficiencies. Candidate must be able to read blue prints, micrometer, calipers and other standard measuring equipment. Some experience of formal metalworking helpful. Must be physically capable of occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds. When called upon to do so the incumbent utilizes acquired cross-functional training skills to assist and reduce the workload demands of other critical departments.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum of two-year related trade school training or equivalent job related experience.
