Overview
We are seeking a skilled Pre mount/Hardware Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be trained for this position, The ability to read blueprints and work with various power tools. This role involves the installation of fixtures to door ready for installation to our commercial customers. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and requirements.
- Being able to identify and use power tools .
- Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various installation tasks.
- Fabricate custom components as needed to meet project specifications.
- Ensure all installations meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Pre Mounting or a related field is preferred but willing to train.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot installation issues.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings.
- Experience with power tools and hand tools commonly used in carpentry.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
