Puddle Pools Philadelphia is a fast-growing pool service and repair company serving the Philadelphia and Montgomery County area. We are looking for experienced pool technicians OR mechanically skilled tradespeople (especially plumbers) who want to build a long-term career in a company that is growing quickly.
This is not a “summer job.” We are building a serious service company focused on quality work, professionalism, and technical expertise.

What You’ll Do
This role is heavily focused on troubleshooting, repairs, equipment work, and technical field service, including:
- Diagnosing pool equipment and plumbing issues
- Repairing pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, automation systems, and plumbing
- Leak detection and repair work
- Equipment installations and pad rebuilds
- Pool openings and closings
- Weekly service and water chemistry as needed
- Green-to-clean cleanups
- Working directly with customers professionally on-site
- Taking photos and documenting work performed
- Helping identify additional repair opportunities when appropriate
Who We’re Looking For

Experienced Pool Technicians

Skilled Tradespeople Looking for a Career Change
Especially:
- Plumbers
- HVAC technicians
- Mechanical service technicians
- Field service professionals
If you have 3–5+ years of hands-on trade experience and are mechanically inclined, we can teach the pool-specific side.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on technical or trade experience
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Professional communication with customers
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift equipment and work outdoors in varying conditions
- Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
Preferred Experience
- Pool equipment repair
- Plumbing
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Heater diagnostics
- Leak detection
- Automation systems
- Commercial pool experience
- CPO certification

Pay: $30–$40 per hour depending on experience and skill level
