Class A CDL OTR Team Drivers – Dedicated FedEx Ground Routes
ARC Logistics of FL Inc is a well-established, financially secure FedEx Ground Contractor celebrating 5 years of steady growth. Because we contract exclusively with FedEx, our drivers enjoy continuous year-round freight without the hassle of shippers or brokers. We are currently seeking professional Class A CDL Team Drivers for high-mileage, dedicated OTR runs.
Position Highlights
- Stable Income: Earn $2,400–$2,800 weekly, with a $2,437.50 documented weekly average.
- Safety Weekly Incentive Bonus: Up to $2,600 yearly.
- Medical Insurance: 30 days
- Predictable Schedule: Out 5–6 days home time each week (not a local home daily position).
- Team Structure: This is a dedicated W2 OTR Teams position (no solo positions available).
- Effortless Freight: Strictly no-touch, drop-and-hook operations.
Dedicated Route Options
- Binghamton, NY / Scranton, PA to Orlando, FL
- Binghamton, NY to Jackson, TN
- Syracuse, NY to Kansas, Denver, CO, and Rialto, CA
- Fleet averages 5,800 miles per week.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer experience (36 months verifiable).
- Active Doubles/Triples endorsement, or a commitment to obtain it quickly.
- Safe driving history with zero drug or alcohol violations.
- Strong English communication skills and reliable work ethic.
