Overview

This role is vital in managing day-to-day field activities, supervising security officers, coordinating schedules, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety across multiple construction sites.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols.
- Manage and lead construction crews, providing clear direction, training, and support to optimize productivity and morale.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction schedules to facilitate accurate execution of work.
- Oversee construction safety management practices in compliance with OSHA standards and federal safety regulations.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and industry standards; address deficiencies promptly.
- Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, contract management, and procurement processes to keep projects on track financially.
- Coordinate construction schedule updates and adjustments to meet project deadlines while managing resources effectively.
- Review construction drawings for accuracy; interpret technical details for team implementation.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including incident reports, shift logs, and safety records; ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
