Complete maintenance work orders and make-ready turns efficiently and on schedule

Assist with preventative maintenance programs across the property

Communicate daily with the Service Manager and Community Manager on unit readiness, property needs, and resident concerns

Ensure all maintenance work meets quality and safety standards

Track and manage maintenance inventory, reporting low supplies as needed

Perform grounds upkeep, trash removal, and routine property inspections

Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the community

Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members

Use AppFolio to manage work orders and communication

Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to maintenance emergencies

Work collaboratively with team members and vendors to meet deadlines and occupancy goals

At least 1 year of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)

Basic knowledge of carpentry and general maintenance skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day

Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Comfort using ladders while carrying equipment

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
