Measure commercial properties and prepare detailed proposals based on customer requests.

Assist in generating sales by identifying and recommending landscape enhancement opportunities and additional services to clients.

Support the planning, scheduling, and daily implementation of tasks for multiple field crews in commercial landscape maintenance.

Monitor contract specifications, budgets, and client requirements to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Communicate effectively with customers to address needs and provide updates on services.

Participate in and help manage snow removal activities during the winter season as needed.

Experience in landscape maintenance and design.

Associate's degree in horticulture or a related field.

Valid driver's license.

Strong client-service skills and the ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members.

Self-starter with a sense of ownership and responsibility for assigned work.
