As the Center Coordinator, you are the main point of contact for our clients, their families, and our world-class clinical team. You are the expert who keeps everything running smoothly, ensuring our clinicians can devote their full attention to client success.
Your Day-to-Day Impact Includes:
- Operations Leadership: Overseeing day-to-day clinic activities, acting as a leader, and working in alignment with the Clinic Director and BCBAs to model Stride’s Mission and Values.
- Client & Staff Liaison: Serving as the main point of contact, orchestrating clinic scheduling, and acting as the bridge between clients, families, and therapists.
- Administrative Excellence: Managing key duties like tracking client and staff attendance, supporting new hire training, and handling front-desk responsibilities (phones, packages, greetings).
- Hands-On Support: Stepping in to act as an ABA therapist/RBT as needed to ensure clients receive the proper level of care, particularly during staff call-outs or scheduling needs.

Key Skills & Capabilities:
- A passion for providing support to children with autism and their families.
- A caring, compassionate, and empathetic demeanor.
- Demonstrates a clear understanding of core ABA concepts.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, parents, and staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have an active RBT certification
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation to the clinic (may require coverage across multiple clinics in a given area).
- Ability to move freely, quickly, and frequently (e.g., from sitting to standing) and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
