We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals, who love working with children and have reliable transportation. The candidate must be able to guide, coach, and students from elementary to high school level.
The candidate must
- enjoy working with children, especially ages 6 to 18 years old
- have strong multi-tasking, organizational, communication skills and be very patient
- be enthusiastic and able to motivate young students
- be responsible for grading student classwork, homework, and corrections using Kumon Answer book and Kumon Method
- ensure proper study habits and work skills are being developed and train the students in center routine
- individualize strategies for student development based on student goals and communication with Instructor
- work closely with Head Instructor to develop and understand lesson plan and goals for each student in order to properly administer instruction individually
- have strong organizational and communication skills
- ensure student classwork is completed and corrected to 100%
- provide assistance/guidance to students, as needed, adhering to Kumon Method standards and center procedures
- provide Instructor with written or verbal feedback, as needed, based on student observations and/or student performance on worksheets
This position is for two or more days per week. The available workdays are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Maximum hours available would be no more than 16 hours a week. Compensation will be $8.50+ based on qualifications, performance, and experience .
