What You’ll Actually Do
- Curate the Experience: Be the first friendly face guests to see. Chat with them, find out what they like, and suggest their new favorite drink or a snack and make memorable connections.
- Master the Craft (Coffee & Kitchen): You'll be a pro behind the bar and in the kitchen. Learn to sling lattes and prep our signature food items while following recipes and safety protocols.
- Own the Numbers: Speed through the POS, handle cash accurately, and keep the line moving without breaking a sweat.
- Keep the Space Fresh: Maintain a sharp environment - clearing tables, sweeping, washing kitchen gear, and making sure the vibe is always clean and inviting.
- Integrate Positivity: Live our values, do the right thing, and learn the art of working together.
The "Must-Haves"
- Experience: Zero experience? No problem. We’ll teach you everything. A solid work ethic, however, is a non-negotiable.
- Availability: We need team players who are cool with flexible hours - including those early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- The Basics: You’re good with basic math, can handle cash accurately, and can read/communicate with the team easily.
- Physicality: You’re comfortable being on your feet in a fast-paced environment, can lift up to 50 lbs, and don't mind the heat of a busy kitchen.
