Job Summary
As our Nail Salon Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your main goal is to make clients feel welcome, keep the front lounge area immaculate, and ensure the salon runs smoothly. This is a great role for someone who loves customer service, has a positive attitude, and enjoys a vibrant beauty salon environment.
Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour
Employees have the opportunity to earn performance-based raises over time. Starting pay is $14.00 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $17.00 per hour through consistent performance, reliability, and meeting job expectations. Performance reviews are conducted regularly, and raises are awarded incrementally based on individual performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Warm Welcomes: Greet clients with a smile as they arrive, check them in, and guide them to their station.
- Guest Hospitality: Prepare and serve complimentary drinks (water, tea, coffee, etc.) to clients to ensure a luxury experience.
- Salon Organization: Keep the front desk, waiting area, and retail displays neat and tidy.
- Polish Management: Regularly organize, dust, and restock the nail polish racks and color displays so everything looks perfect for our guests.
- Customer Service: Answer basic questions and ensure clients have a wonderful experience from start to finish.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a salon, retail, or hospitality setting is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
