Busy salon looking for an assistant, must be cosmetology licensed or in school. Great learning opportunity and opportunity to grow into a stylist with our team! This is a one year program to become a commissioned stylist.
Duties include but not limited to:
Wash/Blowdry (beveled, volume, sleek etc variations required) Assisting with one process guests. Setting up trays. Working with many different hair textures and densities and extensions.
Inventory assistance. Putting inventory away, organizing inventory.
Social Media maintenance: Posting on Story and page assisting with filming Reels. Proficient in Social Media is a plus.
Cleaning. Dusting, sweeping, mopping, laundry, folding towels & capes. Wiping down station(s). Cleaning color bowls.
Offering guests drinks, answering phones, learning our system, rebooking clients answering phones.
Must be willing and open to learn new things.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
