This banquet/sous Chef position will help oversee the entire kitchen operations including but not limited to pre-opening organization, provisioning, food preparation, and sanitation. This position directs the training of culinary staff and other kitchen workers engaged in preparing and cooking foods to ensure an efficient and profitable food service. The position demands cleanliness, organization, solid communication, and respect for their fellow employees and work environment, and the ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards.
Compensation:
-$25-$35 an hour based on Experience Or salaried position for the right candidate
-Bonus Applicable for the right candidate
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 Years Management Experience in High End and High Volume Setting
- 1-2+ Years in High End Hotel and or Banquet Experience
- Banquet Experience is a Must
- Strong communication skills – written, verbal, persuasion, motivation, facilitation of strong working relationships
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, analytical/problem solving, problem management, presentation development, presentation, and communications skills
Physical Demands

- May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
