Director of Rural Health Clinic
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Director of Clinic to lead daily operations for our Rural Health Clinic connected to a Critical Access Hospital.
This leadership role is responsible for clinic operations, staff oversight, patient experience, provider support, registration workflows, quality improvement, regulatory readiness, and community-focused care.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, clinic or healthcare operations experience, excellent communication, and a passion for serving rural communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily clinic operations and staff accountability
- Support providers, nursing, registration, and front office workflows
- Improve patient access, communication, and customer service
- Promote teamwork between the clinic and hospital departments
- Support quality, compliance, documentation, and patient satisfaction
- Help strengthen clinic services for our patients, families, and community
Preferred Qualifications:
- RN license preferred
- Rural Health Clinic or outpatient clinic experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Pay: $31.16 - $54.20 per hour
