Your Responsibilities
As an In-Home Caregiver, you'll provide one-on-one care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed
- Providing medication reminders
- Helping with walking, transfers, and mobility assistance
- Performing light housekeeping to maintain a safe home environment
- Documenting care provided and communicating client updates
- Working closely with our care team to ensure exceptional client care
What We're Looking For
We're seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers who genuinely enjoy helping others.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of professional paid caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude
- Commitment to providing safe, high-quality care
Experience caring for clients with the following conditions is a plus:
- Dementia or Alzheimer's
- Stroke recovery
- Parkinson's disease
- Hospice care
- Disabled or bed-bound clients
- Post-surgical or post-discharge recovery
