Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Construction Quality & Safety Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of quality control, assurance, and jobsite safety for our construction projects. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of construction standards, safety regulations, and field operations.
You will play a critical role in ensuring our projects meet or exceed industry benchmarks for quality while maintaining a safe, compliant, and proactive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control & Assurance
- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction sites.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
- Identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Train and mentor site staff on quality control practices.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and improvements.

- Analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to review systems, find flaws, and pose solutions to those flaws

Safety Management
- Lead the development and enforcement of jobsite safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct routine safety inspections, hazard assessments, and incident investigations.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, state, and local safety regulations.
- Coordinate safety training, toolbox talks, and emergency preparedness drills.
- Promote a proactive safety culture focused on prevention, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to mitigate risks and maintain safe working conditions.

Qualifications:
Must have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction quality management.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and standards.

- Experience conducting inspections, audits, and safety evaluations.
Nice to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., CQM, CQE) is a plus.
