Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week

We are seeking an Armed Security Guard to join our team at our Miami corporate office. This is a full-time, W2 position offering a consistent 40-hour work week (9:00AM to 5:00PM) weekday schedule and a stable work environment with consistent working hours.
The ideal candidate will provide a strong security presence while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and secure office premises during assigned business hours
- Maintain a visible and professional security presence
- Control access points and monitor visitors entering the office
- Verify credentials and assist with visitor management as needed
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies calmly and professionally
- Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain daily activity logs
- Coordinate with management and law enforcement when necessary
- Support a safe and secure workplace environment
- Escort visitors and or executes on and off the property on an as-needed basis
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Florida Class D Security Officer License (required)
- Valid Florida Class G Statewide Firearm License (required)
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must possess a personal firearm and be legally authorized to carry while performing security services
- Clean background check
- Minimum 3 years of prior security, armed security, military, law enforcement, or related experience preferred
- Strong communication, observation, and decision-making skills
- Calm, professional demeanor with the ability to handle situations appropriately
- Professional appearance and conduct

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
