Duties
- Collect, organize, and analyze marketing data from various sources including web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
- Develop compelling dashboards and visual reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and reporting software to communicate key insights effectively
- Conduct statistical analysis using software such as SPSS, SAS, R, and Python to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business development
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and identify new growth avenues
- Design and execute A/B testing experiments to evaluate marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance
- Interpret complex data sets to support marketing initiatives, ensuring clarity through data storytelling and visualization techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business intelligence projects and contribute to the development of data collection processes and SQL database management
Requirements
- Proven experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SAS, R, Python, and SQL databases
- Strong understanding of web analytics platforms including Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
- Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS or similar) for research and analysis purposes
- Demonstrated ability in data visualization, reporting, and dashboard creation for strategic decision-making
- Knowledge of marketing analytics techniques such as A/B testing and market research methodologies
- Excellent skills in data interpretation, storytelling, and presenting insights clearly to stakeholders
- Business development experience or familiarity with strategic planning processes is a plus
