Position Overview
We are looking for experienced Welder/Fabricators to become part of our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and assembling high-quality metal components and products using various fabrication techniques, hand tools, and welding processes while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, weld symbols, engineering specifications, bills of materials, and work instructions to accurately produce fabricated assemblies and weldments.
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel materials of varying gauges and thicknesses.
- Use fabrication and finishing tools including grinders, stud welders, and other hand-held equipment.
- Measure and inspect completed work using calipers, measuring tapes, weld gauges, and additional quality-control tools.
- Set up and maintain welding equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Monitor machine efficiency and recommend process improvements that increase productivity and reduce cycle times.
- Design and build welding fixtures, jigs, and setups to ensure dimensional accuracy and repeatable results.
- Conduct in-process and final inspections to verify products meet company and customer quality requirements.
- Identify non-conforming materials or workmanship issues and document findings according to established procedures.
- Repair, modify, and rework fabricated components when engineering revisions or corrective actions are required.
- Follow all company quality policies, safety regulations, and manufacturing procedures.
- Coordinate workload priorities through effective communication with supervisors and production teams.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of welding and metal fabrication experience in a manufacturing environment.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to read and understand written instructions, technical documents, and fabrication drawings.
- Basic computer skills are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift and move materials weighing 30–50 pounds.
- Perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
- Possess strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precision fabrication tasks.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes.
- Stand, bend, reach, and work in a production environment for extended periods.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
