Job description:
ABMC Janitorial Inc. is seeking a permanent dedicated part time Monday to Friday night janitor/cleaner for $15.92 per hour in Berlin, NJ to help maintain a clean, safe welcoming environment for our client. Ideal candidates will have a passion for environmental services, take pride in delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities for Floor Technician:
- Perform proper office cleaning dusting, sweep/mop of floors, vacuum carpets, clean offices, cafeteria, trash removal and restroom cleaning.
- Manage chemical agents responsibly by following safety protocols for handling, storage, and disposal of floor cleaning chemicals.
- Follow instructions provided by Manager to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Qualifications for Floor Technicians:
- 2+ years of experience as a office cleaner.
- Please provide a written resume including your work history as a commercial office cleaner.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and use appropriate precautions due to physical and environmental risks.
- Ability to do heavy lifting of trash
Pay: $15.92 per hour
