Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Parts Clerk to join our team. This role is vital to keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring parts and materials are accurately received, organized, and distributed. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, familiarity with mechanical/electrical parts, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming parts orders
- Inspect, test, and verify parts for accuracy and quality
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track parts usage
- Organize and store parts in designated areas for easy retrieval
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding parts and supplies
- Order replacement parts as needed to ensure proper stock levels
- Read and interpret parts manuals, prints, and descriptions
- Support maintenance and production teams by ensuring timely parts availability
Qualifications & Requirements
- Knowledge of a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and electronic replacement parts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills with team members and vendors
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with PCs and tablets for inventory management
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Must demonstrate good attendance and reliability
- Ability to work mandatory overtime as needed

- Monday through Friday
- 8-hour day shift
