Job Summary
Our Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a day shift to assist the Pharmacist with prescription management and communicating with physicians’ offices about patient medications. The successful candidate for this role will communicate with patients over the phone and in-store to address customer service issues and field questions about medications. able to perform Data entry, production & non-sterile compounding.

Qualifications and Skill
- Hands-on training compounding skills of 1 years required
- 1+ years of pharmacy technician experience required
- Communication skills and networking ability
- Exemplary verbal communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities and Duties
- Enter and maintain prescription data using our computer system
- Answer incoming phone calls and field patient questions
- Contact doctor’s offices or hospitals to clarify prescription information
- Disburse completed and confirmed prescriptions to patients
- Answer patient questions and address customer service issues when they arise
- Assist the pharmacist in maintaining the ongoing medication inventory and place medication orders when instructed
- Coordinate internal marketing, organize events, reach out to new customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
