Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools and supplies are well-stocked and sanitized.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries about drinks or menu items.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently using POS systems, ensuring accurate billing and cash handling.
- Manage multiple orders during busy hours while maintaining quality and speed of service.
- Follow all food safety standards related to food handling, beverage preparation, and responsible alcohol service.
- Support catering events, banquets, or nightclub operations by serving drinks promptly and professionally.
Experience
- Previous experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in time management to juggle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Knowledge of food industry standards including food safety, food handling, and responsible alcohol service.
- Experience with retail math for cash handling and accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with an energetic attitude that enhances guest interactions.
