Job Overview
As the Lifestyle Manager, you will serve as a manager for resident programs by creating and promoting recreational and social events to enhance the quality of life and community engagements of our residents.
Compensation: $60k+ annually, depending on experience
FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the futur
Your Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a diverse calendar of social, recreational, and cultural events, including holiday celebrations, health and wellness programs, and educational seminars
Create and promote the community newsletter, public relations and marketing publications as assigned
Develop and promote an active volunteer program among residents
Coordinate the collection of fees as applicable
Return all phone calls regarding amenity and event inquiries within 24 hours
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously and prioritize them according to their level of importance
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently

Work Location: Scottsdale Corporate Office; 9000 E Pima Center Pkwy Scottsdale, AZ 85258
Work Hours: Typical schedule is Monday - Friday from 8a - 5p with evenings and weekends as needed to attend community functions
Travel Requirements: Some local travel required with the use of a personal vehicle. This role is eligible for mileage reimbursement per the current IRS approved rates.
