Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time Evening Shift

Responsibilities:
Provide routine, daily nursing care to residents in accordance with established procedures and under the supervision of the Charge Nurse
Assist residents with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the Charge Nurse as soon as possible
Provide support with daily living activities, including feeding, toileting, and ambulation
Assist with the care of residents with special needs, such as incontinence and wound care
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including keeping their rooms tidy and ensuring that equipment is properly stored
Participate in and receive report from the nurse upon reporting for duty
Review Resident Care Profiles daily to ensure that you are providing appropriate nursing care
Qualifications:
High School Diploma and Nursing Assistant certification
On-the-job or equivalent training in nursing procedures
Ability to perform lifting, bending, and stretching without limitations
Expectations:
Consistently report to work on time and ready to work at the start of the shift
Always provide proper notification when late or absent
Demonstrate reliability when on-call and available to work overtime when necessary
Maintain the confidentiality of all resident, facility, and/or physician-related information
Report to work well-groomed and in compliance with dress code
Interact in a positive and helpful manner with residents, visitors, physicians, volunteers, and co-workers
