Provide strength-based, solution-focused therapeutic services to clients in community settings.

Deliver consumer-driven and family-oriented care, tailored to each clients unique needs and environment.

Offer individual, client-centered Psychosocial Skills Rehabilitation (PSR) services.

Develop a thorough understanding of each clients strengths, diagnosis, treatment goals, and treatment plan.

Assess clients for strengths, resources, and goals within the first 30 days of treatment and provide ongoing strength-based planning and support.

Assist with 90-day treatment reviews and participate in collaborative meetings with staff, agencies, and community supports as needed.

Provide crisis intervention services in accordance with agency policies and procedures.

Communicate regularly about client status, including changes in mood, functioning, medical issues, and any crisis or safety concerns.

Maintain accurate, timely, and effective clinical documentation for all client interactions and services provided.

Attend required office trainings and regular clinical supervision sessions.

Comply with all safety rules and agency policies.

Complete required annual training hours (20 hours for full-time, 16 hours for part-time).

Actively participate in evaluations conducted by Rehabilitation Services.

Masters degree from an accredited university or college in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology.

Willingness to learn and utilize computer systems for documentation and billing purposes.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and team members.
