Experienced suspension, brakes, & alignment technician
Dave's Wheel Alignment has been providing Riverside & Southern California excellence in automotive suspension, brakes, steering, & alignments since 1987.

We specialize in classic cars, hot rods, lifted trucks, & lowered cars, plus your every day late model vehicles.
Must have minimum 2 yrs experience with suspension, brakes, & steering, alignment experience a major plus or the right candidate must be willing to learn how to do alignments to be a well rounded team member.
Must be able to work without supervision, work in timely matter, follow all scheduled appointments, multi-task, listen to & assist Master Mechanic when needed, closely work with Service Advisor & management, keep Service Advisor updated on all additional work needed to be added to work orders, be detail oriented, consistent, courteous with customers, & respectful of customers vehicles.
This is not an entry-level position. We are not looking to train someone on suspension/ brake work. Applicants must have proven hands-on experience performing suspension repairs, brake work, brake bleeding, steering gear, & installing lift/ lowering kits is a big plus.
Applicants must have proven experience with:
- Suspension, steering, and brake diagnostics.
- Suspension: control arms, ball joints, bushings, shocks/ struts, etc.
- Steering: steering gear boxes, rack & pinion, steering lines, tie rod ends, etc.
- Installing: Leveling kits, lowering kits, & level kits.
- Ride quality and drivability troubleshooting.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of suspension, brakes, & steering.
- 2 years of wheel alignment experience a plus, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Experience working on trucks, SUVs, Jeeps, off-road vehicles, classic cars, & hot rods a major plus.
- Strong attention to detail & quality workmanship.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid California driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently & efficiently.
- Must read, write, & speak English.
- Must be able to drive stick shift.
Responsibilities
- Conduct vehicle inspections, identify/ diagnose suspension, steering, & safety concerns.
- Consistently fill out all estimate & alignment sheets with proper information.
- Remove & install suspension, brakes, steering gear, lift/ Lowering/ Level kits.
- Perform complete wheel alignments & install after-market alignment products
- Maintain a clean & organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors & management.
- Follow all shop safety, quality-control procedures, & be accountable for all work performed.
Pay TBD upon proven experience.
Pay: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour
