You’ll be the go-to expert for our team’s technology needs. Day-to-day, you can expect to:
- Serve as the primary support contact for the DigiMEP platform — handling customer support, system configuration, onboarding new users, and keeping survey forms up to date.
- Provide advanced technical support across hardware, software, networking, audio/visual, and telecom systems.
- Support office computers, phone systems, and computer data services for internal staff.
- Test and evaluate new technologies while maintaining current and legacy systems.
- Partner with the Chief Information Technology Officer on project planning and implementation.
- Train and empower staff with personalized, hands-on technology guidance.
- Handle employee on-boarding and off-boarding from an IT perspective, making first days seamless.
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively recommend improvements to our systems and workflows.
- Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to resolve issues fast.
What We’re Looking For

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Administration, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Experience: 2+ years in a technical support or IT role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you can explain complex tech concepts to anyone.
- Customer Focus: Genuine passion for helping people and building positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills and creativity when troubleshooting tricky issues.
- Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite, PostgreSQL databases, networking fundamentals, mobile app technology, and cloud computing.
- Networking Know-How: Solid foundation in network connectivity, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Self-Starter: Able to manage multiple competing priorities independently with minimal supervision.
- Always Learning: Genuine enthusiasm for staying current with the latest technology trends and tools.
Bonus Points (Nice to Have)
- Experience with DigiMEP or similar field management platforms.
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications.
- Experience supporting mobile app ecosystems.
