Under the guidance and direction of the CTO, the IT Support & Systems Administrator (Junior) keeps employees productive and systems running by resolving day-to-day technical issues, maintaining endpoints and accounts, and administering the company's core SaaS platforms. This role also serves as the primary liaison between employees and the company's outsourced IT support provider, so strong customer service skills are essential. A meaningful portion of this role centers on being the point person for the company's internal helpdesk managed through HubSpot, both a triage point and taking the lead on addressing and understanding the root causes of issues.

Helpdesk & Technical Support: When needed serve as the first point of contact for employees experiencing hardware, software, network, and account access issues; triage, resolve, or escalating tickets to meet response and resolution targets, delivering a consistently positive support experience.

Outsourced IT Vendor Liaison: Act as the primary internal liaison to the company's outsourced IT support provider, coordinating ticket handoff, tracking escalations, and following up to ensure timely resolution of issues that require vendorlevel support.

Endpoint & Account Administration: Provision, configure, and maintain laptops, peripherals, and user accounts (identity, email, and directory services) for new hires, transfers, and offboarding.

Helpdesk Administration (HubSpot): Act as the lead for the company's internal helpdesk managed through HubSpot, both a triage point and taking the lead on addressing and understanding the root causes of issues.

System Monitoring & Maintenance: Support routine maintenance of internal systems and applications, apply patches and updates, and monitor for performance or security issues under senior IT guidance.

Documentation & Knowledge Base: Create and maintain clear internal documentation, setup guides, and troubleshooting articles to reduce recurring tickets and support selfservice.

Vendor & License Management: Track software licenses, renewals, and vendor support tickets across IT and RevOps tooling, flagging cost or utilization concerns to the CTO.

Cross Departmental Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, HR, and the broader business team to understand system needs and translate them into IT support solutions.

Ad Hoc Duties: Perform additional administrative and technical support tasks as assigned by the CTO.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position:

Degree: An Associate's degree or equivalent from a twoyear college or technical school.

Alternative Experience: Six months to two years of related experience and/or training in IT support, help desk operations, or SaaS/CRM administration.

Combined Background: An equivalent combination of education and handson professional experience is acceptable.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of, or willingness to master, endpoint support, identity and access management, and RevOps concepts such as CRM data hygiene and workflow automation.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows/Mac environments; handson experience with ticketing systems and SaaS administration (HubSpot experience strongly preferred).

Customer Service (Required): Strong customer service skills are required; must be able to communicate patiently, courteously, and clearly with nontechnical employees and remain composed when supporting frustrated or urgent requests.

Certifications: No certification is required. CompTIA A+ or Network+, and HubSpot certifications, are a plus and supported through this role's training path.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
Location: This position is fully remote.
Physical Requirements: The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, hear, and use hands to handle equipment, type, and operate computer equipment.
