We are looking for a motivated and dependable Security Alarm Technician who enjoys hands-on work, solving problems, and learning technology systems. This role is ideal for someone with experience in construction, electrical work, low-voltage, cabling, telecommunications, or security systems who wants to grow their career in the commercial security industry. You do not need to know every system on day one. We value mechanical aptitude, work ethic, technical curiosity, and the ability to learn.
What You’ll Do

Install electronic security systems including CCTV, access control, and burglary alarm systems

Pull and route cabling through walls, ceilings, conduit, and access spaces

Mount and terminate cameras, sensors, control panels, and related devices

Assist with construction rough-ins, system device installation, and project preparation

Work alongside Lead Technicians and Foremen to complete projects safely and on schedule

Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout all phases of installation

Follow company safety standards, industry best practices, and project requirements

0-2+ years in construction and/or low voltage installation.
-
2+ years construction and installation of security systems (preferred).

High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)

Valid California driver license and proof of valid car insurance

Must be able to work weekends, nights, split shift, and rotating shifts (if needed)

Punctuality and regular attendance (required)

Result oriented; ability to achieve the target within given time.

Ability to read and understand construction documents and project specifications.

Ability to read, write, hear, speak, and comprehend English.

Working knowledge of construction/low voltage.

Customer service driven.

Security system knowledge.

Ability to operate trade tools such as meters, hand tools and power tools.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Ability to drive for 2+ hours in a work shift/day, daily.

Ability to drive, walk, bend, stoop, hear, and speak, daily.

Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments, under all temperature variations.

Work environment may be construction sites, commercial buildings, and high-rise buildings.

Ascend/Descend and work at heights above 6ft and extreme heights, occasionally

Move/Transport/Install/Remove items weighing 50+ pounds, daily

Pushing/Pulling using upper extremities, daily

Position self to work in confined spaces, occasionally
