Retail Furniture Store Hiring – Assistant Manager & Sales Associate (Independence, MO)
We are a high-volume retail furniture store located in Independence, MO seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team.
We are looking for a strong leader with retail or sales management experience who can help drive daily operations, support sales associates, and ensure a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily store operations
- Coach and assist sales team performance
- Help manage customer experience from greeting to close
- Assist with inventory organization and showroom presentation
- Drive sales goals and operational consistency
- Assist with unloading trucks and loading customer orders
- Lifting heavy items
Preferred Experience:
- Retail or sales management experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
