Position Overview
Ribeiro Landscape is seeking an experienced Landscape Installation Foreman to lead our installation crews on commercial and high-end residential landscape projects throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can effectively manage a crew while maintaining high-quality workmanship, productivity, and safety standards. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and leads by example.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a landscape installation crew on a daily basis.
- Read and interpret landscape plans and construction drawings.
- Install trees, shrubs, groundcover, and other plant material according to plans.
- Install drip irrigation systems, valves, controllers, lateral lines, emitters, and perform irrigation troubleshooting.
- Perform grading, site preparation, and finish grading.
- Install pavers, retaining walls, edging, and other hardscape features.
- Install artificial turf, including proper base preparation and finish work.
- Safely operate equipment such as: Skid Steers, Mini Excavators, Trenchers, Compact Loaders, Plate Compactors, Other landscape equipment
- Coordinate material deliveries and maintain job site organization.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards.
- Train and mentor crew members.
- Maintain daily communication with the Project Manager regarding job progress, material needs, and scheduling.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of landscape installation experience.
- Previous experience leading landscape installation crews.
- Strong knowledge of: Irrigation installation, Plant and tree installation, Hardscape installation, Artificial turf installation, Grading and site preparation
- Experience operating landscape construction equipment.
- Ability to read landscape and irrigation plans.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.

- OSHA safety knowledge

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
