Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing healthcare team serving patients across New York City and Long Island.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of New York (or eligible for licensure)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and manage caseload
