Paw Oasis Pet Resort is a luxury dog boarding and daycare facility with 10,000 sq. ft. of indoor space, 30,000 sq. ft. of outdoor play yards, and a bone-shaped pool for dogs. What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a career-minded, hands-on Back of House Manager to oversee our daycare, boarding, and grooming services. This role is for a leader who thrives in a structured, accountability-driven culture and understands the importance of daily checklists, coaching, and retraining to set teams up for success.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and hold staff accountable to SOPs, checklists, and company policies
- Oversee dog daycare, boarding, and grooming workflows for safety, cleanliness, and efficiency
- Provide daily coaching and retraining to ensure team success
- Maintain positive client relationships and resolve issues with professionalism
- Support reception, sales growth, and overall business performance goals
Requirements
- 2+ years of pet resort management experience leading 5+ staff
- 3+ years in a dog daycare/boarding role (preferred)
- Strong organizational, accountability, and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and lead with urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Open availability including weekends and holidays
