Job Summary：
Support daily warehouse operations by accurately picking, packing, inspecting, and restocking parts. This role ensures efficient order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities：
- Pick parts according to pick ticket with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure parts are properly packed using correct methods, with accurate labels (including order number, weight, and customer name), so shipments can be delivered safely and in good condition.
- Conduct basic inspections of parts to identify quality issues, damage, or missing components.
- Restock inventory by replenishing shelves and storage locations as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks and support team operations as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous warehouse, inventory, or order picking experience preferred.
- Experience operating a forklift is required. Forklift certification is preferred or must be obtained as required by company policy.
- Ability to read and understand pick tickets, work orders, and product labels.
- Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities.
- Ability to use handheld RF scanners or barcode scanners (preferred).
- Ability to distinguish similar parts accurately to minimize picking errors.
