Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for quick transactions
- Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to all food safety management standards and alcohol regulations
- Maintain cleanliness by following sanitation procedures for tables, bar area, utensils, and equipment
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
- Restock supplies regularly to keep the bar and dining area well-equipped and organized
- Follow all food safety protocols to uphold health standards and ensure guest safety at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant service or bartending preferred; a passion for hospitality is a plus
- Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety management practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and billing
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be at least 18 years old (or age required by local laws) to serve alcohol responsibly
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
