Guide customers through the full vehicle buying process (prospecting
- delivery)
- Present and demonstrate new and used vehicle inventory
- Build relationships and turn buyers into repeat customers
- Maintain and manage customer data using CRM systems
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, pricing, and market trends
- Meet monthly sales goals (units, gross profit, customer satisfaction)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first mindset with a drive to close deals
- Sales experience preferred (but not always required)
- Comfortable using computers/CRM systems
